Roasted Tomatoes sauce 1
Cut Tomatoes in half and place tham in a baking tin. Season with evo oil, salt, sugar, thyme and 1 garlic head.

Bake at moderate oven for 40-45 minutes or untill you see the vegetables turning well roasted.

put the vegatables in a pot and blend them well until smooth. Taste if salt is ok, if the sugar is well balanced, if you think they will need extra oil and than the sauce is ready

Use the sauce for pasta, you can add some mozzarella as I did, it will be delicious. You can also use the sauce for bruschetta, for dipping or anything you like…enjoy it!
