Focaccia

600 gr of flour 00
370 gr of water
6 gr of dry yeast
1 teaspoon of salt
1 teaspoon of sugar
tablespoons of oil….than in a bowl put the flour, baking powder, sugar, salt and oil and roughly knead the dough just a little (just a minute!!!)to mix the ingredients cover the bowl and let rise until doubled, it will take about 2 hours then transfer the dough to a greased pan and spread it with your fingers
grease the surface of the focaccia with a little oil and put salt make a second leavening of about 30 minutes then, with your fingers, make pressing here and there to get the pits and put in the oven at 200 degrees for 20-25 minutes  when the focaccia is cooked, grease and salt the surface again than enjoy it…
